We are a small and friendly Pilates studio conveniently located next to Lifetime Fitness in Sugar Land. Our competent, fully certified teachers have your best interest at heart. We want you to succeed no matter what your goal may be. As a whole, we believe our combined experience in various movement forms can benefit everyone. Our clients include athletes, mothers, dancers, doctors, and more. Come to us for a lithe, strong body able to move with grace and ease. Our programs are individualized to suit you, utilizing the principles of Pilates and The Gyrotonic Expansion System®.

Classes
PilatesWe offer Pilates group classes and private lessons. To get started, every new student will be taught privately to ensure that they will acquire the requisite knowledge and confidence. Once proficient, we encourage students to join our fun and dynamic group classes. These hour-long sessions combine reformer, cadillac, and wunda chair work.Trial Private Lesson: $40 for 55 minutesNew client series: 5 lessons for $320/repeated or 10 lessons for $610 Group Classes: 10 lessons for $200

GYROTONIC®The Gyrotonic Expansion System® focuses on circular, three dimensional movement. This unique method was developed by Juliu Horvath to rehabilitate his own injuries. His continuously flowing and energetic choreography flushes and invigorates the body's systems, decreasing tension and enhancing joy. Private Lessons: $70/hour, taught by Linda Stobart

Swirl symbolizes a class at that time. These times represent group classes. Private lessons are scheduled to suit you.

Barefoot BootcampBodycirque offers an hour long Pilates circuit training designed to improve endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and strength. We utilize an array of equipment to get you pumped up and ready for anything! Beginning in September; sign up now!Register for 15 classes and recieve 25% discount.

Teachers
Linda StobartLinda has a strong background in classical ballet, both as a dancer and an instructor, beginning in her native New Zealand and later, London, UK. She holds certifications in The Pilates Method, The Gyrotonic Expansion System®, Vinyasa Yoga, and Anti-Gravity Yoga. Linda is committed to sharing the joy of movement with her students and influencing their lifestyles. She has been teaching movement since 1985. Linda also is the proud mother of five children and grandmother to one.

Roxanne D'AscenzoRoxanne has been a Pilates instructor for ten years. She enjoys making her clients stronger, more flexible, healthier and walk taller. She is also a dance teacher, choreographer and mother of three. Roxanne is certifiied through Physical Mind.

Tish Hollamon

Tish is a certified Peak Pilates instructor of eight years. Teaching Pilates equipment classes and mat work has helped her soul. She loves sharing the joy and magnitude of mind/body work with her clients. In addition Tish is a mother of two gorgeous girls who keep her very active and help her remember to love life.

Michelle Shimer With over 7 years of training, Michelle has come to enjoy watching the growth of her clients and the transformation of both mind and body. Michelle's certification is from the Pilates Center of Austin where she was mentored under Wendy LeBlanc-Arbuckle (Founder of the Pilates Method Alliance). Today, Michelle still feels the importance of an overall background in fitness and the many disciplines she has learned play a huge role in her abilityto get the best out of every client and every workout. She is married and has a beautiful baby girl.

Laura CaldereraLaura is a certified classical Peak Pilates Instructor. Having been a Pilates student in various studios in the Houston area, she now hopes to help others benefit from Pilates' positive influence. As a Native Houstonian, growing up backstage at the Houston Ballet, Laura has always had a great love for the arts. After discovering & falling in love with Pilates as a teenager, she immediately recognized it's healthy lifestyle benefits.

Katharine BarberKatharine has been training clients for ten years. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer , Stott trained Pilates Instructor, Pink Ribbon Program Certified Pilates Post Rehab Breast Cancer Specialist and Certified Vibration Plate instructor. She believes Pilates is perfect for all ages and backgrounds and that it becomes a life style rather than an exercise routine to those who practice regularly. Katharine is the mother of two lovely children.
